Housing construction - e.g. Yorum Istanbul
The first mass housing project was successfully implemented in one of the central parts of the city in a short period of time. On an area of 21,000 m², the built project has given the residential concept with the adjacent shopping center, innovative elements, central location and underground transport a different dimension.

Forum Istanbul, the largest shopping center in Turkey and Europe, with a construction area of 450,000 m² and a rental area of 175,000 m², was created by combining the most advanced tools, equipment and techniques in the construction industry with the imagination of our architects.
Luxury real estate - e.g. Mazi Land
Alongside Mazi Plus, the first shopping mall in the city of Duhok in Northern Iraq, Mazi Land is the city's first luxury mass housing project. The project, designed in modern architecture, was completed in 2015.
